Bespoke Beauty Co LLC is a home-based beauty studio located conveniently in Inwood, WV just 5 minutes from Interstate 81, owned by Felicia Farmer. Felicia focuses on providing unique and luxury services to women in a boutique setting. Every service is completely customized to the client's desired outcome and needs that day. Beauty is not a one sized fits all, nor should your beauty services be. *Services are 100% by appointment only. Visits without appointment will not be accepted.* **All appointments MUST be scheduled for you PERSONALLY. Appointments may not be scheduled on another party’s behalf. Forms/Waivers require initialing during the booking process and must be completed by the party receiving the service. If you wish to book a service for another individual, e-gift cards are available** RESCHEDULE POLICY ✨ Reschedules are permitted up to 3 BUSINESS days prior to service. Reschedules less than 3 business days prior to appointment will be charged 50% of the service and a new deposit will be required to book and hold the new appointment. Limit of 1 reschedule per deposit. Reschedule must be scheduled within 1 year of deposit being received. The studio is closed on Sunday and Monday and messages, emails etc are not monitored during that time. Those days are not considered business days. CANCELLATION POLICY ✨ If you cancel your appointment for any reason, it will result in forfeiture of your booking fee (deposit). No exceptions. Cancellations less than 3 BUSINESS days prior to service will be charged 50% of the service. The studio is closed on Sunday and Monday and messages, emails etc are not monitored during that time. Those days are not considered business days. NO-SHOW POLICY ✨ If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. You will not be eligible to book any future services. LATE POLICY ✨ I allow a strict 10 minute grace period before your appointment will be canceled. A message stating you’re on the way does not constitute a waiver of the late policy. Appointments canceled due to tardiness will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and a new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment. GUEST POLICY ✨ Guests and children are not permitted in the studio. Please arrive to your appointment alone, unless you will be receiving services with an additional party (such as spray tanning) or are bringing your minor for facial services, and have received PRIOR APPROVAL from me. PAYMENT ✨ All major credit cards and EXACT cash are accepted. 6% tax will apply to all transactions. Please factor that in if bringing cash payment. Venmo and PayPal are not accepted. GRATUITY ✨ Gratuity is not accepted. ADDITIONAL INFO ✨ Cancellation, last minute reschedule, and/or “no-show” fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Once this charge is completed, you may then schedule a new appointment. If the card declines, a hold will be put on your profile in our system. By having the card on file and reading and understanding above policies, you are giving Bespoke Beauty Co LLC PERMISSION to charge your card in the event of a late, cancellation, and/oe a no-show appointment.m
CANCELLATION POLICY
• All appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 72 business hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s) • All appointments canceled or rescheduled outside of studio hours will not be processed until the next business day. Cancellations/reschedules must be received within 3 business days. • Failure to show for your appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the scheduled service(s). • If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and the no-show fee will be applied. • Failure to comply will result in denial of future bookings. • Repeated cancellations or reschedules will result in a 50% non-refundable deposit for future bookings. • Gift Certificate recipients: If you late cancel or no-show your appointment, the above fees will apply. These fees will be deducted from the gift certificate balance and that amount will not be redeemable for future services/products. • Giveaway winners: If you late cancel or no-show your appointment, you forfeit the free service and it will not be available for reschedule.
